Warranty and Return

We pride ourselves in strict full-inspection before delivery for all titanium and rare metal goods:

Quality Warranty: We guarantee products comply with agreed material grade and dimension standards. If manufacturing defect happens on our side, free reproduction or replacement is available.
Non-returnable situation: Custom machined items per exclusive buyer’s drawing cannot be returned unless confirmed production defects. Wrong size/grade caused by buyer’s incorrect parameter input is not covered for free return.
Damages from improper storage, secondary processing after receiving goods or wrong usage are out of our warranty range.
Customers must submit quality claim with photos within 7 working days once goods are received.
