Grade Highlights
Gr1 / Gr2 (Commercially Pure Titanium): Gr1 offers ultra-high purity (>99.5% Ti), superior ductility, and maximum corrosion resistance in reducing environments; Gr2 balances strength, weldability, and formability, the “workhorse” of CP titanium. Ideal for chemical processing, marine, and medical plate/sheet components.
Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V): The most widely used titanium alloy, with high tensile strength (900–1050 MPa), heat-treatable, and excellent fatigue resistance. Perfect for aerospace structural parts, medical implants, and high-stress industrial plate/sheet applications.
