Grade Highlights
Gr1 (ERTi-1) / Gr2 (ERTi-2) (Commercially Pure Titanium): Gr1 (ERTi-1) offers ultra-high purity (>99.5% Ti), superior ductility, and maximum corrosion resistance in reducing environments; Gr2 (ERTi-2) balances strength, weldability, and formability, the “workhorse” of CP titanium wires. Ideal for chemical processing, marine, medical, and general industrial welding and wire components.
Gr5 (ERTi-5, Ti-6Al-4V): The most widely used titanium alloy wire, with high tensile strength (900–1050 MPa), heat-treatable, and excellent fatigue resistance. Perfect for aerospace welding, medical implant welding, and high-stress industrial titanium wire and welding wire applications.
Gr7: CP titanium wire with palladium addition, delivering exceptional resistance to hydrochloric acid and acidic reducing environments. Suitable for chemical processing welding and corrosive environment wire applications.
Gr9 (ERTi-9, Ti-3Al-2.5V): Lightweight α+β alloy wire, easier to weld and form than Gr5, with moderate strength and excellent weldability. Great for aerospace tubing welding, sports equipment, and chemical handling wire and welding wire uses.
