Grade Highlights
Gr1 / Gr2 (Commercially Pure Titanium): Gr1 offers ultra-high purity (>99.5% Ti), superior ductility, and maximum corrosion resistance in reducing environments; Gr2 balances strength, weldability, and formability, the “workhorse” of CP titanium. Ideal for chemical processing, marine, and medical tube components.
Gr9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V): Lightweight α+β alloy, easier to form than other high-strength titanium alloys, with moderate strength and excellent weldability. Great for aerospace tubing, chemical handling, and heat exchange systems.
